SODENA

SODENA is the main instrument of the Government of Navarre for the business development of the region.

SODENA carries out its activities as a public limited company, with a majority direct shareholding of 65.42% by the Government of Navarre, and an indirect participation through Nafinco (14.58%). It also participates in the shareholding of Grupo Corporativo Empresarial Caja Navarra (20%), through TME 2001 CorpCan, S.L.

We carry out our work by participating actively and prominently in business projects in different phases, that contribute to the balanced and sustainable development of Navarre.

Our main financial instrument used in these projects is venture capital, a constant feature since we were constituted in 1984.

What we seek:

  • To lead business projects that private investors are not undertaking sufficiently but are considered strategic, and supporting and promoting the growth of existing or new projects (not necessarily located in Navarre).
  • To support for the process of internationalisation of companies that wish to set up operations in other countries.
  • To promote projects that consider the environment to be an important factor.
  • To search for channels to highlight potential deficits and opportunities that may exist in personnel training, and the availability of certain infrastructures.
